Fez Watley has been using the fort as his personal daily farm as seen in the eye od death thread. Are we going to do something about him?

Is he favoring a specific spot in the fort? Such as the factory perhaps?
I don't know if this would be feasible, but I thought to kick the idea out anyway:
1. We make sure the place where he goes is warded tight (yes I know he's able to go around w. morality, but this is for general safety.)
2. We set one of our brave petmasters with his horde in the place. I'd volunteer, but I think my Judges would face the same problem as the wards, even if I took Fanatical Soldiers soon. So a Lich perhaps?
3. Set Fez's faction to hostile and order the pets to attack accordingly. He'd come to his regular slashfest and get eaten alive in a pet tick.
So opinions people?

I haven't seen him today, his faction probably has a raid ... or he was turned off by the amount of people and pets outside our stronghold? His favorite spot is inside Reed's. But he's not always there. Maybe he just picks any crowded place. I like your plan, ImagtriX, I really want to see this man dead, repeadedly. I hate to see him always back behind the walls of his hold, while I'm wading till my knees in the blood of his victims. (Maybe this is a bit exaggerated, but it sounds nice )

Back when he used to raid a certain restaurant/safehouse nearby, a couple of Lightspeakers with max pets and a Lich with 50 ghouls, were able to dissuade, and occasionaly kill him. Anything less and he gets off enough Earthquakes to kill all the mortals, at least. And pretty much always escapes. The obvious solution would be to raid the Salty Dogs three times a week until he/they got the message, but I'm guessing that's not likely to happen.

Well I think we have more than one Lich... And I can volunteer as one of the lightspeakers, but I don't have Fanatical Soldiers. So if he happens to have a grey dot, my fellows are just going to play statues around.
So who's coming along to camp in the Factory?

In the lack of other volunteers/time to gather up people, I spent the last night by myself in the Factory. And indeed Fez was there again, Quaking the place up. Following is the log of events:
I mourn at the one death caused by all that quaking, but I hope to believe my pets saved many more, by sucking up all the damage in the area.
I counted 54 points of damage on myself, and I was in plain sight all the time. I will continue the effort, Warding the place up good and also hiding inside so at least he can't start slashing at me, without either expending MP for reveal or AP for searching me while getting pounded.
Still I would hope some company in the Factory. It may cost you yet another life, but I'd consider that Givenating, as good as any.

He hadn't showed up for 2 days. Transcribing I figure. So without you the whole place would have been cleared. Good you were there!
But now that he knows you're waiting for him, he might go to an other place next time. What can we do about that?

Transcribing?
Oh well might as well be. Quake doesn't need any preparation, but Shade of the Dervish is a probable one for the creep. And dispel Greater Ward.
Anyhow, if he does show up in the factory, I'll be ready. He won't be able to kill me this time either, as I will have Wards up, a good hiding place, and maybe even some Turtle Shell going on.
If he decides to go somewhere else however... well I'm again crying out for some Petmaster Reinforcements. It was extremely pleasing to give a little message to that bastard. Not to mention the bit of experience gained and all that warm fluffy feeling for protecting the pure-hearted.
Please.
EDIT: Just had an idea... could someone with Major and Minor wards come in and rig only the interior of the Factory with those? Of course in a strong enough fashion to last well over the night. I'd love to see him either get swamped by them, or use that excess mana to dispel them, while being pummeled to death.

All peaceful in the factory tonight. Will keep a watch over there for a few days. I guess, I'll know from Deli's reports if he goes to murderize somewhere else.

He did. Went to the Pharmacy this time and made 9 kills.

Thanks man. *sighs*
I don't understand. It's not such a big difference. Sleep in the SH, sleep in a warded location in the Fortress.
So to all friendly petmasters who might read this, and I mean YOU. You can make a difference! There's only so much one person can do...

I'm not a huge raider, but at the moment i'm quite stocked with Aether Wave scrolls, and being an elementalist I can get to the oilrig at no AP cost, so if a raiding party is going to go teach them a lesson, i'll definitely try to be in.

I'm staying overnight in one of his preferred spots with sprites and judges out. They are set to defensive so he'd better not take a swipe at me/them. Hopefully that'll dissuade him from coming back. Thanks, Jason. --

Looks like Fez got kicked out of, or left the Salty Dogs. Have they said anything to us about it?
Seems to be factionless at the moment.
And undoubtedly sitting somewhere in a plush armchair, stroking a fluffy white cat and plotting his revenge.

Well, I guess they didn't want us raiding them repeatedly to express our displeasure.
At least now he won't have a faction behind him for help and healing. Too bad that in the current Nexus it's not certain death to sleep outside SH wards - we can but hope.
Oh, and I at least have heard nothing from the Salty Dogs about this.
